    Hello Everybody,
First off I want to say nice work on AR3.2. I have only had a few minor problems, but the benefits have out weighed the issues. I have only had 3.2 on there for a few days and noticed that 3.4 fixes a few of my issues like calendar, etc.

I am downloading 3.4 right now and plan to load it today. So my questions are as follows:

     1. Do I need ARCustom FE16 BaseBand, BootLoader, Radio, and CWM Update?
        - I currently have odin_4.42 which i was instructed to use in the step by step guide for 3.2

     2. What app should I use to backup my apps/data so I wont need to do them manually? (prefferably free)

     3. Will I need to reload the kernels for overclocking?
        - I currently have AK51-OC-946

     4. I saw something in the forums about an OTA updating patch, is this included with 3.4? Is it required? At what point should I install it? Is it stable?

    Thanks

Nope, after flashing it for 3.2, you don't need it for anything above it

     2. What app should I use to backup my apps/data so I wont need to do them manually? (prefferably free)

Titanium backup seems to be a common one to use, I use ROM Toolbox Pro myself

     3. Will I need to reload the kernels for overclocking?
        - I currently have AK51-OC-946

Yes, each ROM reflashes the stock kernel

     4. I saw something in the forums about an OTA updating patch, is this included with 3.4? Is it required? At what point should I install it? Is it stable?

The patch is already part of 3.4, the patch is for 3.3

    Thanks

I believe the differences between Precedent and Prevail are just off enough to throw things for a loop.
