Ok,A few of you want to know how I'm able to get such high benchmark scores.
Let me mention a few things you will need to get high OC's and benchmark scores

    1)Samsung Galaxy Precedent Smartphone.

2)32gb. Class 10 Micro SD Card.(Any Class 10 SD Card for better benchmark scores)

    3)
A:AreaRom2.3;Link;You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

B:AreaRom3.0;Link;You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

C:AreaRom3.1;Link;You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

D:AreaRom3.2;Link;You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

4)Kernel{Genocide_187} 2.6.35.14 OC+I/O+Gov_beta_1,Link:You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
Which will work on AR2.3/3.0 & May work on AR3.1(I didn't test it)(Kernel Built By The~Skater~187)

5)Or this kernel{AK51 946mhz OC Kernel with /SD-EXT Modification},Link:You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
Now this kernel will only work on AreaRom3.1(Kernel Built By DroidHost)

6)No-Frills CPU Control,Link:You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

7)SD Speed Increase,Link:You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

8)AnTuTu Benchmark,Link:You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

9)Memory Cleaner,Link:You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
If your on AreaRom3.1(As it doesn't have the Task Manager to clear memory)

Now we can get started benchmarking.
Remember when benchmarking,You only want AnTuTu,SD Speed,& No-Frills CPU running while testing.

1)I do a quick clean up using Advanced Task Killer,History Eraser,& Memory Cleaner/Task Manager.

2)Then I start up No-Frills CPU Control & set to desired CPU Speed.

3)Then I open SD Speed Increase & set to desired SD Speed.(I find 3072kb. is a good setting with a Class 10 SD Card)

4)And then I start the AnTuTu Benchmark Test.

And there you go,You need to work with the setting in No-Frills CPU Control to get the best Benchmark Scores.

Just ask if you have any questions and enjoy.

Is your SD card partition also 3072kb/ext4 ?  What happens with partitions larger than 3072 kb?

Is your SD card partition also 3072kb/ext4 ?  What happens with partitions larger than 3072 kb?

My SD partition is at 4096M/EXT4,Shows that I have 3.75gb. internal storage.
But I have found that setting SD Speed to 3072kb gives me the best Benchmark Score
Although I may have better Writes/Reads with SD Speed set @ 4096kb.
    (Example:SD Speed set @ 3072kb gets a score of 2110,(Writes 20.6MB/s(150)/Reads 18.6MB/s(185)
    SD Speed set @ 4096kb gets a score of 2082,(Writes 13.7MB/s(137)/Reads 18.0MB/s(180)
    SD Speed set @ 2048kb gets a score of 2096,(Writes 13.3MB/s(133)/Reads 18.8MB/s(186)
See you want the setting to be optimal otherwise your Benchmarks will be low.
Also my SD Card has 24MB Sequential Read Speed/13MB Sequential Write Speed

Would not recommend OC with Arearom 3.5 unless you just are tired of having a battery that works.in which case..carry on then.

Phone goes really fast and gets pulled over for excessive speeding.
