well i know how to change the boot animation manually.

you have to use root explorer(es explorer) go to root, go to system, and go to media, then put any bootanimation you want in their and delete the one thats already their and put a new one in their

i use apk multitool and u have to decompile apk.. framework-res.apk to change the color of the time in the right hand corner it is in a .xml file I believe . its kinda hard to explain but start looking in the colors.xml file . and look for a hex color code . but if u look and don't see the hex color code it might look something like @color/holo_blue_light     that's just the code directing you somewhere for the color so that's wrong .you may have to decompile the systemui.apk I have done it but only once so im learning as well but play around read tutorials you will get there . sorry I couldn't give you more information I have not had to much time lately to get my practice in but I have some more time now . but that's pointing you in the right direction at least hope it helps I don't have much help either . but hang in there learn and you will get it

you really should not delete it  rename it  ( bootanimation.zip.bk ) first in case the other one dosnt work...then its just a matter of going back deleting the bootanimation and removing the bk from your original..............save and reboot
