Hello!  I'm new here, and am afraid I don't really know what I'm doing. I recently rooted my Centura.  I did a ton of reading for several weeks before attempting it and it went really well and I was super excited.

But then I Aparted to partition my sd card (so that I could use link2sd), and I must've done something terrible, because now I keep getting this error "Unfortunately, Factory Test hast stopped."  And my phone won't do anything *as long as the sd card is in*.  When I take the sd card out, it works fine... but I'll be damned if I went through the work of rooting to not be able to use the sd card.

I've tried doing the echo -n ON > /efs/FactoryApp/factorymode in Terminal Emulator.  I don't know if I did it right.

I went into restore mode and reset the phone to factory settings.

I took plugged the sd card into my laptop and deleted the partitions and formatted it.

The error message still plagues me.

    Help?

try flashing the rom again use a differant sdcard if you have one..........you will have to put the rom back on the phone since you formatted it then power off the phone boot to recovery and flash the rom........wipe data/factory reset then wipe cache reboot and hope it works

    Factory mode isn't required.

    You can disable it using:

Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
    pm disable com.sec.android.app.factorymode
    ..as root in terminal.

    To undo:

Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
    pm enable com.sec.android.app.factorymode

    Yea, reflash.

Always a reflash when you change up your partitioning or start partitioning
