Ok, So I rooted my LGL35G and I was customizing it and removing some of the bloatware. I ended up installing ADW.Launcher and removing the old launcher that came with the phone. After that I attempted to install CWM and TWRP, which didn't work at all really.
I ended up having to do a factory reset on the phone to get it to work again. To my dismay, since I deleted the default launcher, I was stuck with a status bar and no icons and no way to get into the App Drawer.

After a while of trying to find a fix online, I ended up figuring something out on my own. I hope this helps with anyone that ends up with the same problem, either on this phone or another. Especially if you have no recovery options, which it seems that the LGL35G may suffer from.

Luckily, there was an MP3 that came with the phone and since I had access to the status bar, I was able to open up the music player by touching the CD Album Box on the left of the Status Bar Music Player. This opened up the default Music Player. I then pressed the Menu touch button and touched Share -> Gmail. This opened up the Gmail app. From the Gmail app, press Menu again and touch Help. This will open up the Browser app. From your browser you can navigate to a page to download your Launcher of choice(I prefer ADW.Launcher). From there you can choose to download it from the Play Store and also Open it either from the Play Store or your Status Bar drop down. Life is Good.

    I hope this help someone!

I don't think there is a TWRP recovery for your phone :-X Always have a backup plan!
    Glad you got it working...

Yeah, I think you're right. I figured out how to install CWM onto the device, so now I have a good back up.
You actually have to copy cwmrecovery.img to the device and then use dd utility to copy over one of the device blocks.

    dd if=/path-to-img/cwmrecovery.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p17 bs=4096

Yep or where ever you have it. We have a one click that does it for you.

Your not the first to do this. From a PC you can just go on play & send the link to yourself. That's how we have been fixing them for a while.

Now put your launcher in as a system app before you do it again.
