Well CM9 runs great & looks cool. Just wish it worked as a phone. With no IMEI number tho it may have a problem. Problem is: "TelephonyProvider( 488): Failed setting numeric 'null' to the current operator" It would also be nice if WiFi worked but it has driver problems: "E/WifiStateMachine( 205): DriverFailedState "

I don't know how to fix these problems & keep failing in my efforts. I've done a lot of searching & working at this but to no avail. If anyone can offer guidance I would be thankful. I can offer system pulls for both ROMs to anyone welling to help if it would do any good.

The IMEI issue sounds like the same one we had on CM9 in the beginning. What it was is that the radio daemon (rild) was starting too early and dying on boot. Opening up the boot.img and pushing it to a later spot on boot fixed it.

(If you can get me the boot.img, I can give it a shot).

CM9 doesn't work for or phone yet. There is at least 2 known problems: No IMEI & no Wi-Fi. If you don't need it as a phone or want Wi-Fi then it may work for you.

Has there been any luck with getting the IMEI to work with pushing it farther down in the boot.img? Seems to be a lot of people wanting ICS for this phone but not a lot of developer support. Been trying to learn stuff but it's slow going.

    bluetooth works, bluetooth file transfers?
and any update on that boot.img?
what files are the drivers for the radios anyways? if i knew the files needed and where to put them i could make an update with those files in place and  test it on my own phone.
    [EDIT]
i have the zip with working bluetooth cm9 if anyone wants it

Yes. I have it that far as well. Can't get into the radio files. I think the problem is that it is looking for the wrong frequency band.

Hello King! I am not at "your level" yet. However, I have had a whole lot of dealings with linux and every since you assisted me. i have spent 10+ hours a day 'tweaking' my phone. I would love to have a link to that directory I seen the other day. Give me some files. I've only been programming for as many years as i have fingers. Get with me. I have decided that I want to use as little RAM as possible on my Optimus Logic. Better battery life and more possibilities. If configuring a wifi driver from a different kernel or figuring out why a daemon is crashing. I'm very interested. Im not much interested in the CM9 mod as I am just seeing what kinda work is going on.

Bluetooth works. I think the files for the radio are loaded a RAM in the phone. I really think the case may be that the frequency for the radio my be getting changed or something is not telling them to load.

By downloading the link above you
agree to everything below even tho
you didn't bother to read it. This
has been tested & confirmed to
work. I/we are not reasonable if
    you break your phone.

hey guys.. received a lot of help here with my precedent so heres hoping tht will be similar with my l35g for net10... i want to keep it as close to stock as i can.. i have rooted using super one click and now i am trying to find a way to put cwm on without needing a rom or mod.. the overall goal here is to partition my sd card so if there is another way to do that without needing cwm i can bypass that step.. any help would b great thanks in advance

I have the file for the recovery & yes there is another way. I use easeus to partition. If your looking into using Link2SD or something the like it isn't that easy & the partition CWM does won't do what you need. I still highly suggest you use a CWM recovery tho since you have root.

You said you used SupperOneClick or you used the OneClike from this site? If you used ours then you should already have recovery. If not get a hold of me.

So does this mean that CM9 is working on this phone with wifi and phone capability? I don't wanna flash the ROM only to find I dont have a phone anymore. The only reason I am looking for a ROM...ANY ROM, is because I'd very much like the thing to read all 32GB of SD card space and let me use it for apps or whatever i want. I don't care about the Internal 1GB SD mount, not able to function.

If anyone can let me know or point me in the direction of any working ROM for the LGL35G Optimus Logic I would be very grateful.

    Please and thank you. 8)

No it isn't working. This thread is for people that want to Dev on it only.

Even of it did work it doesn't support what you want to do. I did post in another members thread a work around with Link2SD.

king- i used a link from another fourm for the idea and then searched the superoneclick to root and my precedent i used cwm to partition as more space on my internal mem so instead of 160mb i had 1172 or something along those lines which is wut im attempting to do with this phn.. will the partition u refer to allow that? and as for a recovery i would like to have one being i am rooted but im not totally indepth with androids yet im still learning and use this phn day to day so cannot afford trial and error on it so if you know of one that works for sure with it thatd be great as well thank you again fer your help

I wonder if we could get the radios for the l40 (the straight talk optimus extreme),which runs ics already. Stats are about the same. Gsm. 800mhz. Dual-band radio. Only difference is screen size (4 in) and operating system. Wonder if we could get a recovery from that and extract the modems and replace the ones in the 35g. This may be crazy...not sure. Opinions?

The radio drivers are store in one of the mmcblk partitions. I don't know if they get changed with the flash or it just calls for the wrong partition to load in the kernel. The E400 very different from this phone.
