      Android is King
when swipe to the right it takes  u to the main menu then press the menu which is located beside the home button , and itll popup some agreement or policies  to accept it.

if it doesnt do nothing, you can just delete its data and cache by using task manager. and repeat the process.

still nothing?? ?? ?? then do what daddy366 has posted.

i think what blazer is talking about is the notification tha you have to agree to from LG....if you havnt already agreed to it it should show when you pull down the notification bar theres 2 that you have to agree to.....

have you tried safe mode....hold vol down and power till it shows LG logo then let go of power only should boot you into safe mod see if there any thing you can do there to get it working....or try holding power ,vol down and home till the LG then let go of power...should factory reset for you......

You know i did do a factory reset on mine today and it takes you to the restore that is in the recovery menu i noticed so maybe someone needs to take a look at that more closely, perhaps their is an xploit to get into the menu by means of the factory reset.

just hold vol down plus power until you see logo then release power button while continuing to hold vol down that will ge t you to safe mode from there you can do a factory reset inside your settings menu to get it to boot back up normally, as long as you didnt push a custom rom that bricked it....

hey i did snag this tidbit off a search maybe give this a shot it sounds like google is challenging you based on a new ip or something of that nature/

I have been experiencing the same issue on the same phone.  I may have solved it by clicking the hyperlink for if you having trouble signing in or don't know your username/password that appears when you open the notification.  Select "I know my username and password but can't sign in" then "I can't sign into a device or non-browser application".  It will direct you to  You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login.  Navigate to that URL from your phone's browser, and click Continue.  It seemed to clear up the problem for me, but it's only been a few hours so I'm not certain yet.

their is a whole slew of other people with similar problems on this link You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login hopefully if above doesnt work maybe one of the other various fixes people listed may help you.
