So im new to this whole rooting thing, i have an LG L34C no custom Rom kernel or anything..i accidently deleted my SIM card toolkit (not backed up) and my phones been acting up ever since, it'll turn on but every few minutes it either restarts or freezes completly, also my data network won't let me enable it...for some reason i can't go into recovery mode or flash a custom Rom I've tried Rom manager lite, flashify, and TWRP manager...is there any fix for this or a way i can redownload those SIM card toolkit files? I would call straight talk or LG but i know they probably won't help much any advice would be appreciated

I had the 38c but I've never wanted to delete anything but bloatware. I'd say your best bet is to Google it until someone responds. Or else your screwed. Sorry. I would help but don't have much time on my hands right now. Planning a couple dates and going to Haiti in a couple weeks so. Sorry dude. If your still having this issue after in done with all that I can help then.

    Okay, here is the link:
You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
This folder contains both stk.apk and stk.odex. after download, using a file manager that has been given root permissions, copy them to /system/app. Then use the file manager to set permissions to the files: rw-,r--,r-- (or 644. depending on how the file manager represents permissions)
Now reboot, and see if it works.

If custom you can try installing to Rom over it and that should fix your problem. Just don't wipe data and you'll be good

Did you delete anything else? I wonder if straight talks OTA programming number would help. Also there is a way to reinstall the system by using twrp recovery to restore a backup that daishi4u provided on another thread. You said that you tried using flashify and twrpme. Possibly twrp was installed and you just don't know it. You could try quickboot to boot into recovery from your OS, just to see. Does your WiFi work?
