I have a rooted fuel and have had it for going on a year and in the last 5 - 8 months I havenít been able to install any apps (code for "software" cause of the dreaded Insufficient Storage Space Available bug. I don't have access to a windows PC I have all Linux puters. I want to just factory reset this thing and then re-root it but I think I needed I windows machine to do that.
If anybody has had and fixed this issue or give me any insight on the matter I( would be so appreciative.

Backup apps you rarely use to your SD card / computer, and then uninstall them to free up memory.

I don't get it.  What is it you can do with Windoze you think you can't do on Linux?  The only thing I do on Windoze with my L34C that I don't also do in Linux is run the AirDroid/AirMirror app, but I still can run web-based AirDroid even on Linux.  And push come to shove, the Windoze app probably could be coaxed into running on Linux either with VBox or WINE, but I just haven't tried, or had need to, because I have both Linux and Windoze PCs.

Mint17 even recognizes it by default by manufacturer, OS and model# when I plug it in via USB.  And it automatically opens a file explorer window with the "Internal Storage" and "SD card" directories inside, same as on Windoze.
