Remove from phone and plug into computer

Download http://www.partitionwizard.com/ its freeware

Now deleate the ext4 partition

Now resize the main fat32 partition to the full card, this keeps your files.

Apply changes.

You are now un partitioned.

easier way

goto settings, storage and unmount the sdcard

tap erase sdcard

sdcard will erase and remount with no paritions on it.
