I bricked my phone by accidentally uninstalling system files trying to go back to original rom.

Im in need of the lg kdz update for this model phone so I could try to fix it.

It bootloops at lg logo. Unable to access recovery mode as well. I have adb installed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      Deeper down the rabbit hole!!!!
If you have adb, try reinstalling cwm, then restore the stock backup that's on our site, reactivate your phone, then reflash the rom of your choice.

Follow the instructions here on the forum, I'm assuming that's how you did this all to begin with... I once completely formatted my phone and had to repeat the root and cwm procedure, then restore the stock backup that jcole20 posted then install ARQ again... just look in the ****All Things Root**** section for the optimus Q here on the forums
