okay ive been up for the past 6 hours trying to figure this out.
    I downloaded the drivers
i loaded the RUN.bat with the lg esteem
it restarted. i have superuser app now.
(i figured out this far its rooted) i think

    okay here inlies my problem
im trying my best to get this CLOCKWORK MOD to work
I have got the ROM MANAGER in the APP STORE
    i downloaded the (recovery-clockwork-6.0.3.3-lgl55c.img)
went thru the INSTALL and it says

    Current recovery: Clockworldmod 6.0.3.3

and thats as far as i can get..
when i try to reboot to CWM it shows a triangle with a ! then reboots back into the LG screen then the TRACfone screen. But i can still turn it off and hold the DOWN vol HOME and PWR and it goes into the factory CWM screen. Im guessing thats what it is..

i want to get this mod onto my phone. ive got it downloaded too.. but i noticed at the bottom it said i need the CWM MOD and i went around and around and once again around with these fourms.. No one gives a straight answer.
Can anyone help me here.. imm at a dead end and im about to pull my hair out (not literally)... but seriously.

I am what I am and what I'm not I'll never be.
I have the L38C (Dynamic), I'm not sure if the same applies to this phone but I'm willing to bet it does - ROM Manager isn't going to work.

This phone is supported though I've never tried it. I would just use the terminal emulator method using flash_image though
