    N-Psycho-P-D-uh?,

Here is the boot sound for ARC 1.3 that's somewhat louder than the default boot sound.  It has an mp3 extension but its really an ogg file so just change the name to PowerOn.ogg

Not sure if it will be loud enough for her...Hope its not too distorted as I made it over the sounds of my neighbors lawnmower :D (If it is I can modify it)

Also, I noticed in the Centura sound/volume settings there is no option for system stream sound level, which I believe controls the boot volume sound.  I've been using "Volume Master Free" from the playstore  and it gives you a few additional volume option settings than the default settings do, including system stream, so your cousin could turn up that setting to make boot sound louder, I'm pretty sure...???  You can also unlink the notification and ringer volumes with the app...Just throwing stuff out there (I'm really just procrastinating from work I should be doing ;D)...
I'm having trouble with the attachment, it's not starting the download.

Edit: nevermind, I got it, thanks, I'll try it out.

I just changed the file a couple of minutes ago, the 1st one was a little distorted so make sure you download the file that's there now...sorry about that...I can drop it a notch if its still distorted...

When I first installed it I was running ARC 1.3.  No problems at all, worked great.  Is the version you are using 2.6.1?  The APK comes with a zip file that is put on your ext sd card that you can flash in case of boot loops.

Here's a quote from the xposed thread on xda:

In case you get into a boot loop:
First, try using the safemode by pressing any hardware key repeatedly. You can find a short explanation how it works here.
If that doesn't work, you can flash the attached Xposed-Disabler-Recovery.zip by Tungstwenty. It will be copied to your (external) SD card when you install Xposed as well. The only thing it does is copying /system/bin/app_process.orig back to /system/bin/app_process, which you can also do yourself (e.g. with adb shell in recovery mode).

Hey guys, I've never seen anything about this posted anywhere for the Centura but if you would like to add a method for removing the yellow triangle during boot and resetting flash counter then may I suggest @Chainfire's Triangle Away version 1.95(I think that is the version I used but you may want to confirm that)? It worked for me when I was on ARC1.3 or I may have had to restore the stock backup then use it, I can't remember, its been a while back. Triangle Away has a tendency of working in one ROM on a device but not in another on the same device. I tried a few different versions until I found the one that worked.

Thanks, I completely forgot about that and that should be in the OP.  I remember a few other people saying it worked on the Centura as well.  I guess I didn't think about it 'cause I think the yellow triangle is the coolest thing  8), but as you said, some people might need to reset flash counter to return it or what not.  I'll try to add something in the next few days.  Thanks again

Changing the signal bar should have no effect on the battery icon, and vice versa.  How are you trying to change the signal icon??? Because neither Xblast Tools nor XBatteryThemer will do this...

To change the signal icon, the only way I know how is to flash a new theme.  If you're using the ARC 1.3 theme, Centura Green Jelly has a similar color and has the stock-looking signal icon, if I remember correctly.  There may be some apps or mods out there that can do that, but I'm not aware of any off hand.  You can always use the Google Machine to search for one.

For the battery icon, go into Xblast Tools>Status Bar>Icons>Battery Style and then choose "Stock battery" and reboot.  Then go to XBatteryThemer and choose the battery icon you want.  You shouldn't have to reboot for it to change the battery icon.

If you are still having trouble, include a screenshot in the next post so I can see what's going on....Good luck...

i will try the method you said to try, and to answer the other question about the stock looking signal bar icon, if you go into xblast tools and find the option that says solid icon fix and check that box, it changes the signal icon to a stock looking icon and you can change the color to whatever you want.

Yep, you're right about the solid icon fix.  I had forgotten about that.  I remember trying to see what that did a long time ago when I first installed Xblast Tools but it didn't do anything except make the icon a little smaller because I already had the stock icon at that time...I'm on one of the custom themes now so just to test I checked the solid fix icon, changed the color and it still works fine with XBatteryThemer except the signal and wifi icons are a little too small for my likin' and the spacing of the indicator icons are a little off, but you should be good to go.  Thanks for reminding me about the solid icon fix...

Just a note- If you use Xblast Tools to change the color of the wifi, signal and battery icons without checking the solid fix icon, I believe the colors will just fill the icons up, meaning it will look like you have 4 bars all the time when you may only have 0-3 bars...or look like your battery is full when its not...I think that's why they call it "solid icon fix".
