3G Data connection issues

    Is anybody else experiencing terrible 3G connection quality with StraightTalk lately?

    This seems to have just started in the last few days, I am planning on calling them soon if I don't find a solution or a reason why this is happening. Maybe a damaged tower in my area?

    I'll either lose the connection all together (3G icon goes out), or it will be connected, but internet is EXTREMELY slow or does not ever load a page at all. Also, this is causing faster than usual battery drain unless I disable 3G.

    Here are a couple examples of the terrible connection quality. I pinged google.com, as well as Google's IP to rule out any DNS server issues. Also, this does not appear to be hardware related, because my wife's ST phone is 100% stock, no root, nothing modified and she has the same issue.

    My phone uses sprint towers. I do have ST. and people that are signed up directly with Sprint are having the same problem.  Also, I am hardly receiving any phone signal on top of it.

    Interesting... has this been going on for a while with the Sprint customers?

    Hopefully they fix it soon, especially for the prices Sprint charges!
