Possibly,  but you would still have the issue with lack of drivers after gingerbread for the cammera and maybe even more hardware devices.

I will look into this more as I have a precedent to play with and possibly fry with my limited rom cooking skills.

It also depends on how stripped it can get becsuse of space limitations.

Maybe there is a way to make the external sd the main drive in the kernel [I'd haft to look and do some research], in that case you could never remove the card,  would need a class 10 card, and it would haft to be atleast 2 gb, and you would loose app2sd partirioning, unless 3 partirions can be done and differentiated which seems possible if it is possible in the kernel.
Oif only 2, no sd card storage or no app2sd, and even then maybe no app2sd anyways depending on kernel.

    But thanks for this post.
I will let you know what I learn over spring break. In two weeks and up till then.

thanks for the update. i understand the camera issue and all, but with a little tweaking and a small bit of modding it could be possible. and yes we may have to use our sd card to most likely fit most things on here. so we have to partition the card for everything to work. i would do just that to see if kitkat can run on here.
