So I removed my 16gb card one night and put it back in only to find that my phone keeps saying SD card safe to remove I pop it out says SD card removed. I have tried 6 different SD cards all do the same thing. I have blown air into the slot, ran a cloth inside of it, factory restored phone, reboot tried whiping it in CWM and nothing any one have any ideas that I have not tried?

got an a micro sd to sd adapter?  windows sometimes will tell ya if it has an error, and attempt to fix it.  if it works in other devices, and not your phone, then /could/ be a solder came loose or something  I have a precedent, and I kinda feel like the design for the sd card slot is eh.. lacking much thought put into it.  at least ya dont have to take the battery out to get to it :P

Dont use windows format utility, I had this exact same problem and I formated 10+ times with WFU and it did not help, I formated with sdformat 3.1 and it worked perfect.
