THe one and only original BMET2013 (bmet2013)
You all are Android Gods.  :) I cannot believe this.  The MEID fix also fixed my issue with not being able to get the SD card to register as an SD card instead of a CD drive :) Thank you so very much.

All right, for a while I never had MEID issues, even when originally rooting via that ShabbyPenguin method.

Now my MEID is unknown after using CWM Viper released here for this phone in order to re-partition my external and to wipe everything on my phone.

I manually pushed (via adb and CWM Viper recovery thanks to You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login) su into my phone.

So, I didn't actually flash any rooted ROM or anything (aside from the original one forever ago that didn't screw up the MEID).

Here's the interesting thing, I have a baseband that I've yet to see anyone else here have: LK02.

I know you can't know for sure, but do you believe that this should work on my phone? I mean I don't really know what causes the MEID break and I know there's tools (such as CDMA something-or-other) for other phones for fixing it.

Now I have been on the stock ROM this whole time. My phone already is programmed and things and I do have service and what-not and so far, I've not had an issue by not having MEID (but it only was last night that I lost my MEID).

Also, would flashing this change anything at all aside from the MEID problem? Even something minor?

Awesome! This fixed my MEID too! Even with an FB07 baseband running the AK51 and AA51 ROM. :) Your the best, once again DH!
Although, my phone can receive picture messages, but it can't send them. Apn settings maybe?

i had this problem to, your 3g need to be enabled even if u already have wifi on.

I have baseband LK02, has there been a fix discovered yet?

Also, I have 0 usb access, so is there another way to push any necessary things that doesn't involve the use of a computer?
