My phone is usually the most unresponsive slow piece of crap i have ever seen. What voltage control settings would fix this problem? And if there are anymore fixes please let me know! Thank you!

Anyone smart enough to fix this problem? ;)[/size]

Man i hear ya i wish it would happen but as i heard noone has been able to get mobile data to work with jb on the centura, i could speculate at reasons but honestly im not qualified to say why it wont work lol I honestly am just thinking of scrapping this crappy centura phone for something better asap but believe me I understand we all have this phone because we are just a buncha broke people making due with what we got....anyhow my advice and two cents for what its worth get rid of that phone when ever possible and get somethin better if you can. And do your research on a phone before you buy it and make sure you can root it and that their are already stable working roms for said phone. In the meantime hope daddy magically figures out how to get data working.

Like I told someone else in this forum...

    1. Flash the 1.6GHz or  2GHz overclock available on this forum.

    2. Reboot and run your CPU speed controller application. Ex: Voltage Control

    3. Grant it root privs.

    4. Set CPU govenor to Interactive or Performance. Interactive is like OnDemand, but it ramps up CPU faster which in turn you get less lag. Performance locks the CPU to the fastest speed possible, but eats your battery.

    5. Set I/O Scheduler to Deadline ,SIO, or CFQ. Deadline is almost a realtime scheduler, but may be unstable if the system get loaded down. SIO is simple and stable, but may give slow read and write speeds. CFQ is more balanced and is stable.

    6. Install a fstrim application and run it.

    7. Sit back and enjoy the better performance! If it's still laggy, read the quick guide on the Centura on this forum.

or you could wait until I release my new rom, MyOS. It will be pretty nice, fast, and powerful. Customizable beyond your hearts content! :)
