These graphics have been incorporated into the actual realease. Status bar icons and other modifications to give it the appearance of "Ice Cream Sandwich".

    Veery nice.

Great job, I know how tedious theming can be, but the result of this is good. :D

I have a few suggestions now that I think of it (if you don't want suggestions just IGNORE THIS lol).

    - Maybe get a similar circle battery of the same color, as to me it kinda looks off. But that may just be me.
    - Resize the Unlock and Vibrate, Ring, and Silent sliders so the fit better (use MDPI ones as an example).

Sorry if that was rude at all.

Not rude at all... actually, I am resizing the sliders to look like those in Ice Cream Sandwich... these were just available at the time. Also, the battery animation and icon is a shade off... but I am waiting for AR3.01 and hopefully the release of a round animation for the battery... or I'll just end up making it myself.

I don't like how the battery animation changes colors... I would rather the blue circle and the percentage inside. Unless I just replace all the statubar icons with the actual ICS looking ones.

I also need to change the notifications in the statusbar as well... the text message and gmail icons and many others.

    Thanks for the feedback! :)

I'm not a huge fan of themes.in my experience with the precedent they just hog memory resources and slow down the phone.its the inside that I'm interested in.can you make it run faster and smoother?I'm there!O0

This isn't a theme... I changed the existing graphics inside the apk files. Optimizing them makes it run better and faster too. I like uniformity. I've made some perfoemace tweaks as well. Whole new experience with the precedent.

Are you going to revamp the dial pad? also im wondering why no one has modded the music player yet.i think a custom color/added eq/ album flip feature would be an amazin feature to an area rom. as ive tried to use the beats by dre music player with no success to work on my phone.

personally i think ICS looks like crap on these small screens, frankly we just dont have enough real estate for such large icons... but then again i like a clean look, there isn't any icons on my home screens only a 1 widget per screen and i use 3 screen, main and 1 left and 1 right, my imporant apps go in the dockbar and everything else well its where it is supposed to be, in the apps menu

I just like the clean look is mainly the reason for the mod I've actually used smaller icons than what were originally used so they load faster and the resizing isn't done by the OS. The only real icons that really appear large are those on the lock screen... hopefully I'll be shrinking them shortly unless I can modify the lock screen to function like the actual ICS screen. I've already decompiled the XML files to start working with it. I'm still trying to find that pesky apps icon in the center of the dock, but it's in a signed file that can only be updated on a software update I believe (Still looking into it).

Actually, one of the things that is great about FTL Launcher is that you can shrink the size of the icons on the dock, add rows and columns to the screens, remove app names, etc. You'll have to excuse all the icons on the home screen that are showing in the screenshots... I added them for visuals, to show the new icons. Most of my apps are kept in the apps menu also. Now I am what I would consider a "Power User" of the phone, meaning I am on it most of the time managing my businesses, viewing security cameras, sending emails, exchanging documents with clients... it's my hand-held office! So I do have quite a few icons on my home screen... simply so I don't have to scroll to find them. I even have folders full of app icons that separate their use by functionality.

On another note, I'm working on a stock Gingerbread mod as well. I do appreciate all the colors used in Gingerbread now that I did the ICS mod.

Thanks to all for the comments!

To those complaining about the dialer (which I completely understand), there are alternatives in the market. I personally reccomend Rocket Dialer Pro (see attatchnent). As far as the music player goes... go with Winamp Pro

Same with ADW which I love

I don't mind icons obviously (AreaROM 3.0, Widget Locker, ADW Launcher EX, Sense Analog Small Black, Multi Mount SDcard widget, icons ripped from Sense HD ADW theme). Excuse the double icons on the lock screen. The one on the top right slider is the camera and the bottom center is for screenshot

Is this going to be released at all, or just for you to use?

I'd really like to give it a try, I use ftl launcher already and it looks quick nice in my opinion
