I'm hoping it works. I would really like to use some of the memory on my phone.

It worked for me after a few attempts. Still tells me storage is full with ~200MB available but i have been able to remove some bloat and fit another 10 useful apps in. Need to analyze my directories as there really shouldn't be ~700MB in /system with apps on SD. Only issue I see is no more recovery. This phone is a dead horse anyway.
